I disagree, Panth and Taric are very strong heroes individually. Pantheon is just a little more 1 man oriented. He possesses the same abillity to pop in and down one character before he gets harsh focused. Taric is just such a solid support char overall. He has a good stun that has almost no cooldown. His shatter does a lot of burst damage early game. His heal, with the help of Golem Buff can be just as annoying as Soraka and his ulti can down a tower with ease.

I don't know. I would rather have a good Shaco over a good Taric or Pantheon as long as the rest of the team isn't completely rid of CC/support.
