Well...if this is accurate, Ander's "utility" theory about my writing is right. xD I got H.P. Lovecraft for my first example, Douglas Adams for the second, and Edgar Allen Poe for the third.

EDIT: After trying it several more times, Stephen King and Dan Brown seem to be the most consistent.
