I thought that was common sense? If you pay for an exercise program and you don't follow those two things then you're an idiot. Those disclaimers are just there for legal protection; the same reason why Dunkin Donuts puts 'contents are hot' on their coffee. Like, no shit, if you order a hot coffee it's hot. Same thing, like, no shit, if you purchase or engage in an exercise program you'll need to actually exercise and eat healthy to lose weight.
