Of course everyone has to deal with solo queue frustrations, but that's a misnomer that people throw out to label people as "bad." Queuing with four other people at ~1800 Elo is WAY different from queuing with people at 1000~1200.
My preferred method of jungling for Xin involves laning for 4 or 5 minutes. Start with Longsword, hit ~575 gold and b. By the time you get back you'll have the gold for a Razor. Hit the jungle, starting with whatever buff you like best. In another 500 gold, b again to finish the lantern. You should be able to finish that by the 7 or 8 minute mark.
There are a couple of things I like about this method. The first is not wearing the giant flashing "I'm going to be in the jungle" sign that is Smite and the second is that people don't usually expect a champ to just vanish from the lanes for 10 minutes.
