Like: That Riot is much better than Blizzard and other companies in the sense of being open. If something happens to WoW, Blizz tends to just not say a word until the servers are back up and usually their estimates are wrong. They can be down for 6 hours after the estimated time but there will be no update to let you know why. Riot at least updates their post to explain their current status and keep people informed.
I really like this thread currently going on where a few of the server crew members are discussing the actual problems and where the company is going in terms of server stability and also pointing out that they are still hiring more for competitive pay to assist, but explaining why its not as simple as "buy more servers" like the trolls keep saying.
