The Like/Hate Thread

I've been 150 pounds for about five years now. Never really fluctuated beyond 3 pounds of that weight. I keep pretty active (though I've lost the exercise swing with this new job; I still need to figure out how I'm working that one), and do the obvious, like drinking water instead of sodas, and eating veggies and grains instead of pure fat-shit.

And the whole vegetarian thing.

I lost 30 lbs by not eating vegetables and playing a lot of video games.

But really I'm not gonna lie, I have the least amount of appetite ever. Some days I even forget to eat until I'm about to faint. It's not as awesome as you think, I have to deal with almost blacking out while in the shower pretty much every time I take one. It varies on how bad it gets (just dizzy, or a full blown black out), and sometimes even eating beforehand or keeping the bathroom well-ventilated doesn't prevent it. My doctors have done all kinds of tests, but they have no idea why I consistently get dizzy in the shower and have to sit down, or pass out. I'm starting to wonder if maybe it's not just because I don't eat enough. :/

Oh yeah, and hate: passing out in the shower all the time.

I get this from time to time. Haven't in about a year now, but I used to. I'd have to sit down real fucking fast, or I might crash through the glass door, or land with the small of my back on the metallic sliding-door guide (which sucks. Somehow didn't tear it up, beyond some skin abrasion, but the metal guide was irrevocably bent to shit).

I was told hydration. *shrug*
