Speaking of, I have to ask about the fat thing. The more I think back on what I ate, and what I eat now...am I supposed to be grossed out? When I objectively think of the texture of how greasy some of the crap I ate was, I genuinely feel nauseous. Is that just a personal thing, or is that physiological thing where my body begins to reject all the toxins I put in it subconsciously?
