My main reasons for dislikeing the wii( I have one in my house that belongs to my little brother).
1. I get tired of having to freaking move to play every freaking game...When icome home from a long day or im stressed I like to SIT down in my comfy leather computer chair blast my AC...turn on my surround sound..and releax and play some games...Not work out...if i wanna sweat ill go to a gym.
2. Got all happy cuz apparently you can play smash brothers without using motion control....Was happy til i realized how unresponsive and laggy the control was. (Tried multiple controlers as wella s buying my little brother a new one.) Even compared it to our old smash brothers game on n64...the n64's controler was far more responsive on the old system than the wi's new set up.
3. Played some wiisports games...sure they were fun for a bit...until i played archery and realized that even when my arms were shaking or my hands...the motionon the screen was moving all over the place. (Checke other games as well had the same problem. Showed my dad , and we check the sensor..even ordered a new sensor to see if it might resolve it...nope it didnt.
4. No games that appeal to me. Call of duty and other fps just suck on the wii..besides the controls on the game the graphics are horrible...sorry but its the truth. I would much rather play a fps on my 360 or a ps3 or even my computer.
Now as far as it being sold for profit? Thats great hand claps and applause to Nintendo. But its not hard make profit when you market it towards 16 and under. Sure adults play it...but from what I can see mainly 15 and under are the target market.
