I actually get yelled at for NOT harassing enough with my Q. But if they are not in "instant fucking death" range with my combo, while laning I tend to regen just enough mana to cast a Q per cooldown, and I'd rather grow my Q and get a last hit for gold than to keep hitting my opponent and watch them lifesteal/hp5 their way to full by the next cd.
Around midlane phase though, it hits hard, depending on who you are fighting. But by then, my combo should be able to insta kill them if I actually have the damn mana.
