Like: Chick got off at my stop and walked immediately over to a CTA authority and reported him. I know it probably won't accomplish anything, but good on her for actually doing something.
If I, personally, had been there, I would have just stamped on his foot. 'Accidentally'.
Edit: having brewed on this some more, I've decided that if I ever catch someone doing this I will take their shoe, hit them in the balls with it, then go throw it in a dumpster somewhere.
