The E's dodge, is pretty cool, and as long as you have Q on CD(And can be cool even if you dont have it on CD against anyone thats not a range/Yi, you can almost always stun someone. It's a what 2 or 3 second dodge? This may depend on how much you have in it... but you can start it in bush... and leap and boom. Almost like a Fiddle Ult.
They put on the movement to give warning. They wont nerf his numbers.
Plus no one knows what they are gonna do with the Ninja Taibi. For some reason they still suggest it on him.
