It's important to point out that unless people are vocal about where they're going, the current meta is assumed to hold. Meaning, if someone takes Caitlyn, I'm not immediately assuming that she's countering the Tryn up top. I'm assuming she's going bot.
If you pick two APs, make your intentions known (even though people SHOULD know that Ryze is going top if an AP mid has already been picked, it definitely doesn't hurt to make it obvious) and your teammate still decides to be a dick, then RNG fucked you over.
