That sucks balls. You need to move.

Last night, there were three attempted walk outs on the same large two table party (that thankfully had the gratuity included for the size). The server confronted a few, and they were blatant about it. "Oh, uh, he said he go pay me over there- Where he at? Uh... Oh, hold on, here it is!" He pulled the check, plastic tray and all, out of his pocket, and proceeded to hand it to the server. "How much that is?" Server stares at him, takes the check and reads the number to him, then waits while he counts out enough 1s to cover it.

People who still try to lie at that point are as stupid as they are disgusting (I spoke to a similar dumb liar at my job today). I mean seriously, at least drop the pretense of "I did nothing wrong". Sigh.
