Except that mummy gets his team 'control' for the same duration (sans actually getting hit, since it's a true stun rather than a taunt): two seconds. And mummy ult is on a shorter cd.

Galio's ult does way more deeps. Especially Galio in the current stage of how he's played. Being able to farm wraiths and wolves in virtually 1 Q+E combo at any point past lvl 7. Assuming Galio goes mid and gets all the blue buff, the CD really isn't a big issue. Although it is a lot easier to land an Amumu ult than Galio ult, I still think Amumu's ult is a tad stronger because of bandage+ult and because of the ult range. But Galio's ult is right up there.
