I think Rocket's might be alittle better but Excelsior's is much more show-worthy and more organized. I got a but confused trying to read through Rocket's, which kinda jolted back and forth for me.

So, I vote Excelsior.

Rocket had more content, but as I skimmed it they seemed to hop around a little. I liked the way it felt though, the voice was more peer to peer, sounding more like a friend was telling you the rules and not some dicator listing them off.

Excelsior did have a much better format for their content, more professional looking I would say. It looked like they left out some things that Rocket included (Fusion, more roleplay related things, ect.) but Rocket didn't take the time to make clear separations with their paragraphs (Exelsior had bold font and a space which made each section easy to find and easy on the eyes)

While I liked how the Team Rocket rules read, Excelsior did a better job of doing what the task actually asked for. We wanted rules for the boards, not a new write up of fusions. Excelsior is easier to follow and does a better job of covering rules of the message board.

I vote Excelsior for following the damn rules and doing what we asked.

They were also more precsie and organized, using one thread for all the parts of the rules section, Rocket had so many different posts I didn't even bother to look at most of them.

Additionally, I do have to say I like the idea of someone detailing the stats (Excelsior never even made mention of them, which means a new member would know nothing of the system) but I think it should be in better show, such as the way Excelsior has done. In the end, I vote Excelsior, though more should obviously be added to it if used.

I vote for Excelsior. They were detyailed, clear, and to the point.

Why did Team Rocket talk about fusions? We did not ask for some of that stuff, they were not detailed in explaining. Though how they made the post shouldn't matter, it's still true to note that it was hard to read theirs.

Ignoring the content they produced I felt that Team Rocket's organization and execution of the task was not as fluid as Excelsior's. To me, the rules produced weren't as important as the process. I felt like TE's mangament of the task was better then TR's.

So I'd vote TE.

I vote excelsior, though I think they both went overboard and their names suck.
