We need the Technique List to be uniform. Either mine and KB's techniques need to be re-written to conform to the Non-Power Up techniques, or the Non-Power Up techniques need to be re-written to conform to the Power Up techniques. Me and KB have Requirements, Effect, Races, and Difficulty as small sections, making it easier to determine the idea of the technique. It'd be great if all techniques could follow this as well.

Of course, if you think it's overkill, you could just change our's. Wink
