Wind howled passed the bronzed warrior as he tore though the atmosphere toward his target. A small band of warriors lay just up ahead, and in the group was the ki signature of Reijin. ?I?m close....now I?ll finish what he started!?
?Reijin, looks like your friend is just out of town and moving in fast.? Vegeta?s L.E.N.S. scouter displayed the moving ki signature. ?You think you can beat him?? it was a question to get his companions blood boiling. * Who know?s, he might just lose...then maybe I?ll get to bash that cocky son of a bitches head in myself * Reijin?s eyes retracted into slits at the comment.
Uub?s dark obsidian aura exploded into a silver flame as he allowed his cells to unleash his newly acquired powers. It was strange the difference in his bodily functions, his brain waves seemed to spike, allowing for greater processing of tactics and better flow of information. His vision sharpened, filtering the light around him to avoid the effects of blindness from glare. His muscles bulked, his blood raced through his veins, his hearing sharpened to a higher extent. It was truly an amazing shift, almost like a rebirth, and he noticed now how horribly inadequate his senses and powers were in his reverted state.
A cyclonic wind blasted past the band of warriors. ?SHIT!? Vegeta jumped back as a silver blur shot past his line of vision. Immediately he darted his glance toward?s Reijin?s position. Where was he? The prince looked side to side trying to pick up the faintest glimpse of action, but saw none, instead he felt it and heard it as a thunderous explosion rocked the air around him.
Two swirling masses of golden and silver energy danced through the misty sky as Uub and Reijin?s knuckles smashed into each other. * He transformed in a blink of an eye to counter my surprise attack * Uub snapped his wrist and bucked the Super Saiyan?s fist upwards into the air, leaving his foe?s right side open to attack, but only for the briefest of seconds. Taking advantage of his opportunity he shot his knee into the unprotected rib?s, grinning as the sound of contact echoed to his ears. ?Nice try.? Reijin spat, having caught the knee with his left hand. ?Your gonna have to step it up if you!?
Uub tilted his head in acknowledgment and roared as he grasped the man before him by the shoulders. ?With pleasure? he said with effort as he channeled energy into his palms. Reijin lifted his eyes in surprise as two miniature explosions blasted him backwards, breaking his guard and leaving him completely open to attack. ?Shit!?
Blood arched from the saiyan?s mouth as Uub phased into sight before him, smashing his elbow across the opponents jaw. Both hovered in mid air as a white gloved hand wiped the blood from Rejin?s chin. ?Your not half bad, but I?m done screwing around.? Uub cocked a grin. ?Then prove it.?
The super powered human vanished along with his foe, both reappearing on ground below, both radiating powerful auras as they blasted towards one another. The two raced back towards the center of the group, rearing back to strike their fists glowed with their respective energies. And in a flash Vegeta and the others blasted backwards forced into opposite directions as a silver and golden aura exploded outwards into the misty night. The fight was back on.
