With an actual direction and goal to search for, Garet set off toward Tokomon?s leading. The little guy was surprisingly agile and fast despite his obvious impediments, leaving Garet to job lightly behind him. The road they walked on was like everything else he had seen thus far in the world: unspoiled, undecayed, and lightly shining. Back and forth they ran, until finally, a small Town came into view. Surprisingly, this town looked quite like towns back home, something he had not quite come to expect amidst beaches and forests.
Instead of people, though, the town was filled entirely with Digimon, running to and fro for menial tasks. The road they were walking on widened and grew smoother, spreading into the city and becoming the main street. Restaurants lined the bricks, offering all sorts of delicacies.
Garet?s stomach grumbled again.
?Where do you want to eat?? Tokomon inquired.
?What?s good??
Tokomon?s eyes grew flat and his mouth widened in a humongous smile. ?All of them!?
Garet looked around, found one with a name that sounded Italian, and made for it.
?Excellent choice, that?s my favorite!?
?Sweet.?
