No one said humans can transform. None of their powerups directly say they are transformations, but they also don't say they can't be transformations. The term "Non-transformer" shouldn't be taken literally on Chubbs, since all it means is "a race that isn't Namekian, Saiyan, Android, or Changeling."

As I was pointing out with Borgos, the "human" race was created to be deliberately vague so it could encompass any "other" race.
