I'm unsure if I can say this correctly, so please bear with me.
Does everyone need to purchase Ki Control?
The reasoning behind the question is simply this...what if people just want to learn Elements and not be able to throw ki blasts left and right?
Would ki control be needed to earn Power Ups or would it be possible to earn them without that particular tech?
I know it's not that expensive, i was just thinking that if people wanted to be mages and stuff that don't really fly around, having Ki control would be pointless, but if it's needed for power ups, then it'd be helpful to have it lol.
