The Sopranos was life changing. Not only was it just damn good television, but I've never gotten a better window into what it means to be a family, or a man. I teared up so many times during the series, that alone makes it pretty extraordinary. I've never watched a show and felt so strongly about what happened to the characters.
Kind of bitter that I didn't get to watch it over the course of 8 years like everyone else, although it has taken me a few years to get back into it from when I initially started watching. But, I watched 4 seasons in a week, it's a bit compressed. Kind of glad, I would have been a nervous wreck had I watched the finale episode along with everyone else, after the 8 years of tuning in once a week.
My favorite show ever. Used to be Seinfeld but fuck that, and him.
