She won't be in this new one.
It seems likely that they would do the Saiyan Saga next, then the Furiza saga, though they may combine the Furiza Saga with the Saiyan Saga, then do the Cell saga (which, while I would rather have the Saiyan and Furiza Sagas given their fair share, I'd love to see the Cell saga).
More likely, they'd stick with the Fuz and Saiyan Sagas as the next two movies. If they even stay canon. You might not have to worry about seeing #18.
