Yeah, they think it's the area. Both times they came out to do repairs, they've had to go outside and repair a broken/dirty connection outdoors. This last time the tecchie dude had said someone screwed something up outside. Somehow I think it's because this whole neighbourhood is too new. But that probably has nothing to do with it. =\

On a sidenote, my friend Justin also has Shaw, and he transfers at over 800 bloody k a second. But then, he pays for uber-cable, and I just have the regular kind.

Yeah, I have regular kind too, usually only 400~600 kbps.

Calgary is supposed to be Shaw HQ for the west, so it should work good there but I guess they are being ghey.
