Is the box not actually coming up with a space to put your chosen ID in? If not I really have no idea. When you log in there should be Create ID as an option. Clicking that should bring up a box. Enter a non-chosen name and that should do it.

I made your game ID Pan but as for downloading the game, I have no idea. Zarbon managed to do it so there must be a way. If you already have it just log in.
