I've had no problem with Ginyu from my end. But I still see no reason to be anything above absolutely "formal" if you dislike someone that much. Usually when someone quits that has pissed me off, I just post formally expressing my honest desire that the future turn out better for them, rather than go "fux u bitch i be glad u leavin harhar finally!"
