Will races have their own beneficial items?
Will players be capable of customizing items, to a limit, of course?
Will Rad be arrogant enough to add XTREME as power-up by itself that he's the only one capable of obtaining?

Not really. We haven't actually finished the shop yet so I can't say for sure. As of now, I've heard nothing of race-only items except Tsufu stuff.

I think it'd be good for armor purposes for like Saiyans having their own armor, and for like Changelings to be able to get those things that Frieza rode around in.

True. But I seem to remember somewhere it saying that the Saiyans created it, which means Frieza had just been using it?

Saiyans aren't really a creator race. If I remember correctly, all their technology was stolen from the Tsufuru-jin.

I think they had low level Saiyan Armor before they fought the Tsfuru-Jin. Either that, or they were all naked Oozarus, because Saiyan Armor stretches when your go Oozaru, everything else breaks. (At least, that's how I remember it.)

I have a question about making a custom. If I decide to go with making a custom character, could he be a changeling, but not an Icer? Cell is an exception, but I was wondering if I could write about a human who essentially gains the transformations through plot?

I'm not sure if I'm gonna switch yet(if I can), but I was thinking of possibly writing a couple rps for the character in a free forum and see what people think, combining a small number of things and ideas into a character I think could turn out pretty cool. I'd probably be using Cell as an NPC just long enough for my custom to "purify" him, and then I'd be willing to relinquish control of him for someone else.
