If nobody else has set this up by the time I find my wireless adapter (...which'll probably be a while, TBH), I will.

Yes.
I also unlocked 'One Man Army' extremely easily by accidentally jumping down onto the train tracks underneath the bridge when I was fleeing those bastards that apparently can't stand you crossing over into the next city. The helicopter couldn't see me, and naturally the police couldn't get to me, so I just ran over to the next city.... couldn't lose my wanted rating, but at least I "survived" long enough to get the Achievement.

Random tip. If you see a symbol that looks like a little person on your minimap, go to it.
Am I the only one who can't complete Jacob's first phonecall 'job'? It seems impossible to get the car to the spot in time, it's so shitty. Given that I don't want to try it too many times because every time I fail he hates me more.

Gotta say online isn't impressing me much so far. I've played acouple of player, freedom matches or whatever it's called, and team deathmatches, and one ranked deathmatch. It's just find an enemy, and point and shot, not much team work really involved. Also, in the deathmatch game, there was a 5 minute spell where everyone kept respawning in the middle of the battlefield, in the exact same spot, which was just carnage. Plus the host has an insane advantage. Oh and finally, three times now my game has froze and I've had to restart my 360, which is frustrating.
The main story is fun, and you've got to appreciate the effort that's went into making this game. I think I need a bit more experience with the online play, but so far, not so great...

Just go drinking with him if you fail to even it out.
Also thank god for cabs in this game. It really made the missions bearable.

True that. I think i actually have more miles traveled as a cab passenger than driving.

I've yet to be a passenger in the cabs once.

Also, I'm too lazy to do them. I did one of them and got rick-rolled by the police running over the money I needed to pick up, and I died while getting rid of them and trying to move the car.

I've just started using the cabs, and damn are they handy. If you call Roman you can have a free cab in like 20 seconds, and you can skip it and pay nothing. It's the closest thing to a teleport.

Mario Kart Wii is fantastic. Amazing. Get it.
But over GTA 4? I really couldn't say which was my favourite. GTA has a load more depth, but it's a long, slow-burner compared to Mario Kart's instant fun. If you're playing solo, GTA, if you're getting a big group of friends around the TV, Mario Kart.

Ended up getting GTAIV. THey didn't have Mario.
Enjoying it so far. I'm on my first date with Michelle at the bowling alley. I don't know if it's just me or not, but even though I know Roman's a creep, I quite enjoy his character.

It's always nice when you don't actually have to make a decision.
