I'm going to up this to 10 XP. Ki Control still applies.

If i use energy instead of just smiling, will i get my move reduced to ten XP, since it has the same outcome as this one? That outcome being momentarily stunning the opponent.

I'll just change yours to 10.

Dance of Celerity:

Using her ki to greatly increase her speed, 23 becomes a blur, attacking quickly with pin-point precision to vital areas or limbs in an attempt to either greatly injure or paralyze her victim.

Opponents who are faster then 23 can counter her attacks.

Requires:

Ki control or Ki specialization

Neutron Cannon:

A medium power beam attack that grows in strength the longer 23 charges it, 10% ki base plus 1% ki for each addition 3 seconds of charging it.

Ki color: Black core with a light blue surrounding it, and sparks of yellow.

Requires:

Ki control or Ki specialization

Supernova:

A powerful ki blast that combines two balls of ki that have been charge in each hand - much like final flash - and then released at her enemy consuming 60% remaining Ki and 5% additional for each 3 seconds of charging.

Ki color: Black core surrounded with dark purple, and blue sparks.

Requires:

Ki control or Ki specialization

I was hoping to get a price check on the abilities mentioned above, sorry to seem impatient.

Phoenix Guard

A high-intensity "defense" that combines usage of Belle's uncanny ability to read his opponent with his immense strength. Rather than try to avoid or block oncoming strikes, Belle delivers a quick blow to his opponent's striking limb while at the same time shifting, moving himself out of the way of the hit's altered course.

Relatively weak, these hits can still numb and even damage the body if Belle hits the same spot enough times.

While a potent defense, it requires enough observation of the opponent's fighting style - enough to predict them - to pull off effectively, usually only appearing later in a fight, earning the defense its name.

Dance of Celerity - Do you mean to use this to make 23 faster, or just have her throw a series of strikes at her max speed?

Neutron Cannon - Saying "this attack gets stronger for every 3 seconds of charging" doesn't work in an RPG like this. How potent do you envision 10% of 23's ki to be? Is this an attack that you mean to use on a fairly regular basis, or something 23 would be ending fights with?

Supernova - See above for using time. The basic idea, though, is that this is one of those "last-ditch" style moves, using up a substantial portion of your energy. I'll 15 XP for this one.

20 XP.

Dance of Celerity - Used it actually increase her speed

Neutron Cannon - I meant to use the percentages as a way to explain how powerful it was, I meant this ability to be one that was used more often a powerful attack that is kind of like any basic signature ki attack

Supernova - See above, but I meant for this to be a very powerful attack that would leave 23 pretty drained.

Dance of Celerity - Not approved. Can't have a Custom that straight increases your stats.

Neutron Cannon - 12 XP. I'd suggest making the description simpler. If it's supposed to be a medium-strength beam, then just say that.

Supernova - 16 XP.

Fairy Tongue - Allows a fairy to communicate with any living being, regardless of language, cultural, or even physiological barriers. This includes everything from plants and fungus to weird unclassified aliens.

Fairy Blades(would I need to buy a sync weapon first?) - When cut with a fairy blade, the resulting wound will heal instantly but it will heal improperly, destroying whatever functionality the tissue possessed. For it to be repaired the scar must be re-opened and healed properly. Additionally the cut, due to being healed so quickly, transmits no pain. One often does not even know they were struck until they see the scar.
Reply
Fairy Mark - A magical sigil that can be placed by touch on a person, place, or thing. This marker serves as a beacon for fairies. Not only can a fairy always locate a marked spot, they can target marked individuals or objects with spells(healing, specifically), and their ranged attacks will hone in on it. Marks can last anywhere from a minute to a week depending on how much power went into it and how much time they had to place the mark.

Inner Image- With the use of telepathy Carter can enter his opponents mind. From there he then manifests an image of himself, his own spirit fighter, which is able to mentally assault his foe. Carter usually only uses it in the mix of physical attacks which leads to confusion for the other fighter. The mental fighter’s strikes cause’s slight pain such as aches, light headedness, strains, and in some occasions in which Carter is really focusing his Inner Image effects such as actual physical wounds due to the minds belief that the image is actually causing them harm.

The image wouldn't be able to do any more harm than my own fists or kicks. It would also wear me out if overused of course.

Dazzling Blaster

Rikkua creates two golden balls of energy that spark as she charges them, creating a 'dazzling' effect. once the balls are of decent size, she fires them, but retains control over them with the hand it was launched with. Similiar to a 'double' spirit ball from the anime.

Conditional Immaterial - Sykes has mastered his Immaterial ability, allowing him to control which parts of his body become affected by the technique. He can choose to make only one arm, one hand or even one finger Immaterial. Conversely, he can have his entire body Immaterial but leave one hand unaffected.

Price check.

Fairy Tongue - Get telepathy and get back to us.

Fairy Blades - Sowwy, gonna put a nix on this one.

Fairy Mark - 30 XP, and don't go crazy on the "always hits their target" part. Nothing is perfect.

Inner Image - 30 XP, and limit it's usage. Like, you can't use it 20 times per fight.

Dazzling Blaster - 20 XP, and requires Ki Control

Conditional Immaterial - 10 XP

Surge - The antithesis of Kaden's Break technique, Surge augments the flow of ki throughout a person's body. By identifying flows of energy with his Sight, Kaden can form his ki to go with a flow, instead of against it. There are two applications of this technique. The first is at a range, where Kaden can fire a bolt of energy to boost the strength of a single ki attack or physical movement. The second is with direct contact, where Kaden can continually flow his ki through someone else's body.

So it's like a temporary boost to an ally?
Reply
Basically, yeah. Ranged, it lasts long to power up a single punch or kick. Close-contact it lasts as long as Kaden maintains contact.

I guess it would make sense to use it if someone uses up all their ki (after using some huge-ass attack, for example) but that's not really the intent.

Immaterial Transference - By channeling his own gift of 'ghost-shifting', Sykes can temporarily imbue objects and other people with his ability. Although it will work while touching the object, once physical contact is broken, they return to their normal state. With this technique, Sykes can impart his 'ghost' energy so that the object or person remains in the Immaterial form after he is no longer touching them. The time of which the object or person stays in Immaterial differs by characteristics such as size, whether the object is living or not, and how much energy Sykes donates.
