Augmented Hearing - A side-effect of her burgeoning extra-human abilities, Piper can hear frequencies higher and lower than that of a normal human (specifically, she has twice the hearing range of a normal person).

Upshot: also known as Bakuhatsuha Madness or Steroid Tremors. This basic idea behind this attack is a surge of energy exploding beneath the feet, or around the general area, of the target. The difference is that Alex accomplishes this through his two abilities, Psychokinesis (Telekinesis on steroids, and the ability to augment objects with energy) and Ki Specialization (affinity with wielding energy). Trafford supercharges, or augments, an area of material beneath his opponent, generally a small area, and detonates it. This single explosion is referred to as a 'Shot' or a 'Bakahutsuha'. When facing a enemy whose number is greater than one, or really whenever he feels like it, he can transfer this basic technique into one of greater potential, referred to as 'Upshot' or 'Bakahutsuha Madness', when Trafford supercharges a multitude of small areas throughout the fighting area and detonates them. The areas are chosen at random and are often time sporadic and nonsensical, making it much less precise than a single 'Shot'. If he isn't interrupted, by his own fatigue or an external force, Alex can continue to charge and detonate material at his own discretion (the equivalent to firing a ki beam, the following it with another). Drawbacks of this technique include a lack of preciseness (more so with an 'Upshot' than a single 'Shot') and the target will be able to notice the ground glowing with a distinct golden hue before detonation, giving them time to avoid and dodge the attack.

Gauntlets of the Warbringer sounds like it boosts his strength score. And ability boosts, correct me if I'm wrong now (rules might have changed), are a no-no.

Bullseye: Szar forms a small glob of ki, and fires it at his opponent. Should it connect, it will stick. It can be removed easily enough, but Szar will usually fire off several of these at a time, making that improbable. Should these marks be shot, they will explode, enveloping the target in a cloud of smoke. They don't do any damage, but they can be useful in hit and run tactics.

If you're talking about the energy suppression I think you're talking about, that sounds like Dark Ki to me. But I'm no staffer

If you're talking about hiding your ki from scouters and such, that requires Dark Ki. Otherwise, I don't know what you mean.

Dark Ki says you completely hide your KI. I'm talking about changing the number.

Goku's powerlevel on Namek was 180,000 to start. Burter and Jeice read 5000. It was hidden.

Freier Geist: The Tin Man has the ability to leave behind his android husk when taking his immaterial form (a living cloud). The body is still vulnerable to damage, damage that still exists when he returns, and if he spends too much time outside his body he will disspiate; resulting in his death.

Pseudo-Ball*: The ability to fire a regular ball of energy, though with even less substance than a regular ki attack; so much so that it can pass right through a target. The state of the globe can be changed at will between immaterial and the norm, and the user may detonate the attack with a flick of his wrist or a finger-snap, or something along those lines. If detonated while passing through an opponent it disrupts their ki meridians, temporarily freezing their use of ki (1-2 minutes for normal targets, 30 seconds against a target with ki specialization). Furthermore, if this is used as a touch attack for the same purpose, instead of a range attack, it not only distorts the ki meridians but disables the target area for a few seconds as well (E.g. a Pseudo-Ball 'touch attack' to the arm would disable its use for a few seconds, instead of just disabling its use of ki).

Ninja Alfred: From each of the Tin Man's digits he can release a 100-feet-long monofiliment wire that is nigh-invisible and razor sharp. Capable of slicing flesh and bone it is quite deadly; and against super-powered opponents it can still be used as a trip wire or durable tangle wire.

(as I understand it, Androids can have physical/material weapons built into their body, like machineguns and such. i don't think this is much different)

Guillotine Choke
Capable of being a lethal move. It's a choke that is applied from the front, with the "choker" wraps his arm around the "chokee's" neck, tucking his head under the choker's armpit. Then stretching his abdomen and properly positioning himself, the chokee's air supply is completely cut off. A rather common technique used by those studying Ju Jitsu.



Oh yeah, and since I'm here, I might as well say this: my trait is supposed to be tenacious, not defiant. lol

Eruption

The user performs several hand movements and signs (similar to mirai trunks' burning attack), before slamming their hands against the chosen medium. The fire infused ki then travels through the medium until the user chooses to allow it to erupt, causing minimal to great damage depending on the rank, and amount of energy used.

Rank 1 - At the first rank, the move can only be conducted through mediums such as earth, stone and wood. Also, only a single, weak geyser can form.

Rank 2 - The user can now perform several of the smaller geysers; or one large one. The range of mediums the ki can be conducted through increases to include things such as metal and glass.

Rank 3 - Once the technique is mastered, many of the large geysers can be performed at once; and every medium - including the air itself (to catch aerial opponents) can be used.

Prereqs: Elemental Ki - Fire; Psychokinesis.

Hey, just a move i've been using in a few other DBZ rp's...I hope the ranking thing is ok (I would assume so, seeing as a similar thing is done with the power-ups). If this is fine, could you assign an exp cost to each rank. Also, although it may be quite obvious, you need the rank below in order to get the next one...just so you can take that into account when assigning the exp. cost.

Pseudo Ball - Being able to inhibit the use of ki like that needs a prereq. Ki Spec., Ki Absorption, or Venomous Ki would all work.
