Energy Reserve - Charging energy requires time, concentration and often leaves the user defenseless. Losing any amount of collected power, or having to fire it off prematurely, is a pain and a waste. Orion has learned how to channel his ki in such a way that he can 'store' his charged energy in his body, ready to be called upon at a moment's notice.

Malicous Wave- Summoning enerergy into a single palm, Maleficus thrusts his hands forward and fires a short wave of destructive energy. Possibly a commonly favored attack of Nova.

Gurip - Utilizing the basic aspects of his psychokinetic ability Takeshi is capable of lifting, tossing and controlling an opponents mid-air movements. Control of course depends on the opponents mastery of flight and/or telekinetic powers. Distance also plays a major factor. While using this technique Takeshi can't move and his defenses are down.
Abilities Used: Psychokinesis
Scatter Bomb - In a manner much like Incendiary grenades, Takeshi hurls a concentrated ball of flame at an opponent . Upon impact--with anything--the flame explodes outwards, breifly creating an effective burn radius that is small, roughly 5 meters.
Abilities Used: Elemental Ki(Fire)

Oh ho ho!
It's been a while:
Energy Reserve: 12 xp
Malicious Wave: I assume this is a fairly weak attack? If so, 12 xp.
Gurip: So you're... chucking an opponent around, but it only works if the opponent is airborne? 20 xp
Scatter Bomb: 20 xp

Yeah he can do it while their airborne but it isn't limited to that. That's why I included the lifting part, I just didnt wanna make it seem like I would have a person in front of me and just control them. I was thinking more along the lines of a force grip, ya know what I'm sayin?

Hrm... Takeshi, I'm gonna take that up in the staff forum. I don't think you have to worry about it not being approved, but I can't decide what to price it at.

Can I go ahead and get three tech's approved and reserved? Not purchasing them just yet.
Chou No Ryoku(Couldn't find an english name); Basically the user wraps said target in thin strands of ki that immobilize and slowly drain their energy. Was used in the movie with Bojack, number 9 I think?
Shockwave; The user of this move places two fingers to their forehead and using their ki they create a shockwave that damages the surrounding area. The range of the attack is limited by the users energy.
Renzoku Energy Dan; A rapid fire of energy blasts. For each second the attack is continued it drains one percent of users total energy.

Chou No Ryoku - You need KI Absorption to perform any energy draining techniques. And I know what you mean. It was used by Bido and Bujin to trap Trunks. Going to price it at 15 for now.
Shockwave - Nappa style area explosion? How large of an area? It's a little vague on the distance.
Renzoku Energy Dan - 10

Well, I figure the further the distance, the less damage and vise versa. Say, someone with a powerlevel would of 100K would be able to easily destroy a medium sized building where as someone my level would only be able to stun/knock down opponents with a small area.
How about I take Chou No Ryoku and name it Binding Ki and remove the drain?

Double-post.
So It would look like this.
Binding Ki; Thin strands of concentrated ki that wrap around the opponent and immobilize them.

Just immobilize? No drain? I'd say 12, then.
Shockwave - 20 XP

Binding Ki: 13 (we'll split the difference)
Shockwave: 20
Renzoku: 15

Shrapnel Holocaust:
In an intense situation when shooting to finish the job as quickly as possible Vad can turn to his metal abilties. As a last ditch effort to end the fight, Vad generates a large mass of metal around his body. Consuming 90% of his entire energy pool and converting it into a solid dome of metal around his body he then proceeds to use the remnant energy left inside the metal as well as 9% of his remaining potential to accelerate the atoms inside the dome. The dome shatters into random assortments of razor sharp fragmented metal and explodes outward in all directions at increasingly high speeds. This leaves the Saiyan drained and clinging to his 1% of remaining energy. If the opponent is not defeated, death is most likely imminent for Vad.
Requires 2 PP
Considered a finishing move.

I was going to say 30, but 28 is close enough.
