Well, next game I think I'm going Changeling or human 'cuz I like the income bonuses even if I pretty much ignore the spy part, so I guess we can try it again then.

Yeah. This game was fun for awhile, and it was great to bitch-slap Rod around (and get bitch-slapped when he got 5 turns), but now that there are actual alliances forming up, and phone calls to girlfriends, I'm not sure I care quite enough to go to THOSE extremes.

Maybe lesser extremes. Not those.

Yeah, like I said, its one of the changes I wish I'd made. I was worried that moving the turn stock up by ten was too far, but it was no where near far enough.

Anything I say in response is a response that I shouldn't make, so I'll leave it at this: If you decide to keep instigating things, I will just warn you. You are intelligent enough to know the difference, and if you and I disagree on that, I'm sorry. I made you a specific thread to prevent you from sitting in other threads and on Chatbox throwing out random hooks in hopes that he'll reply.

One thing I think that could be changed is the random O and D rolls, the numbers tightened a little bit. Hitting for anywhere from 280 to 430k is kinda huge if you ask me, especially if both people have massive variables like that. Just my opinion though.

What are the stats of the game set to? I know there's a sticky thread already, but I remember Tim saying something about the numbers looking as if they had been changed and was just wondering what the deal is. Can I take the numbers posted in the sticky at face-value?

Addendum: can spies be enabled to loot gold from enemies? On the offense/defense history tables there is a "loot" column and number available for them as well as the troops, and I was just wondering if it was possible.

If it is, it was something that I didn't have access to. Its one of my biggest gripes at the moment.
