Erupt - With his Sight, Kaden can identify the ki-flows in the objects around him, minimal though they may be. By using these natural flows of ki, he can insert his own energy to detonate in remote locations. The explosion caused by this technique is rather potent, since Kaden can detonate any latent energy along with his own, though it has the obvious draw-back of needing his target to be on or near whatever medium he's using (standing on the ground, or against a wall, for example).

The thing about that is, well, it sounds like a teleport ability. Yeah you're making yourself faster, but going 1 mile a sec is basically teleporting.

Teleportation is instant. Light travels the earth 5 times in one second. That's 186,000 miles per second. That's not even teleporting. If you need to move, it's not a teleport. It's for traversing a planet as quickly as possible. Maybe for aerial combat if need be. My agility is 35% I thought it would back up the want for increased flight speed. [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I just realized that I hadn't argued why it isn't teleportation. My apologies. It isn't teleportation because while in one second I may be going one mile, Piper (example off the top of my head) can be at my location within 1/10 of that second using her Combat Teleportation. I'm not making it anywhere near as fast as light (After image) nor a teleportation techinque (dead flat instantaneous). I'm merely boosting my flight speed for travel and aerial combat. Remove the Higher level crap, and just make it 4029 feet a second. (The math behind it).

I think that even though it's not literally teleportation, it's functionally identical for most combat situations. Arriving behind your opponent .05 seconds slower than an instant teleporter really isn't enough of an appreciable difference, IMO. You're still going to get donkey punched.

One could argue however that with flight in it's basic form I don't even need this ability to go Mach 4. Nothing is stopping Vad from going nearly one mile a second if he so chooses. There are no guidelines for energy expenditure to how fast he moves. Just like there are no guidelines to what Belle's strength at 100% would mean against how hard he hits. We're going off the percentage, and his being max, we're just labeling it "He hits like a fucking truck".
I was trying to just allow him to move extremely quickly if he needs too. Less of a combat related ability. Tactical retreat if you must. Aerial combat was going to be a plus. We'll see. If it's knocked; so? [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Assassin's gloves: Upon further interaction with James the Assassin Cain acquires a pair of weighted gloves, about the weight of a roll of quarters each. There are three holes in both glove palms which ice spikes may sprout through for combat, stealth or hand to hand. The material is genetically part of Cain through an android process, and they regenerate like flesh if damaged.

High Speed Reload Capacity - Trafford manipulates small particles of material, gravel or sand or whatnot, beneath his feet and creates miniscule explosions beneath his feet in order to project his body more rapidly. This can be used to increase cutting, side-stepping, short dashes, etc. When coupled with his super leaping ability, this technique can be used to travel large distances much faster than possible by simply running.
Meteor Enhancement - Becoming familiar with his abilities through extended use and experience, Trafford can now supercharge objects more rapidly than he could previously. Alex can also detonate objects with more force, making his ability more efficient and dangerous, and can animate, augment and eviscerate objects at a greater distance. ![]()

Clutch - Piper can cling to completely flat surfaces (ceilings, side of a building, etcetera) as if she were holding onto handles...or as if she was, y'know, a spider or something.
Double Jump - Using a small, invisible burst of ki, Piper can perform a second jump in midair. As a result, this ability also allows her to sharply change her trajectory mid-jump or mid-descent.
