Black Glare- Mal Nova's eyes blacken as he stares his foe in the eyes. The longer the stare, the longer the effect; A simple glance can make the foe have blurred vision periodically, but a few seconds of stare and longer will cause the foe to to be blind for so long.

E.R.(Emotional Rage): Mal looses control and his power and speed are increased(Non-numerically) but his energy is drained much faster.

Anyway, would it be all right with you if I amend the description to state she uses energy to make certain parts of her body (hands, feet) adhesive? Is that an acceptable mechanism?

Namekian Love - If I'm correct, that is a form of regeneration. Since you do not possess the ability you cannot have a tech like that.

Clutch - Yes, Piper, as far I as saw, creating an adhesive like property on your hands is acceptable.

E.R.= Is more like story line based. If there is a emotional issue; only then will MV be able to inact the ER. (Call it a Semi-Baby Gohan thing... But MV just looses it and goes Retane Instincts for a few minutes and stuff).

Wind Spring. You're using the wind to propel you. Elemental Air would be required for that.

Ki Bending - Through his Abilities of Psychokinesis and Ki Specialization, Jonathan is able to manipulate the speed and velocity of any and all forms of ki manifestations, whether they be pure or placed within a physical object.

Of course, as with all things, there are reasonable limitations to this that would be understood within the context of a roleplay, but they are too tedious to list out here, I think.

I'm going to step in on some of Mal's Customs.

Black Glare - My initial thought was that this would require something in order to do. Telepathy or Elemental Ki - Light, or something like that. Kind of changed my mind, though. As long as no one else has a problem with it, that's fine. I am, however, bumping the price up to 20.

Emotional Rage - I'm going to veto this one. If you just want Mal to freak out and beat people up, just RP it.

Namekian Love - Requires Ki Absorption. Once you have KA, though, I'd put this at... I dunno... 8 XP.

Concussion: Concentrating an impressive amount of psychic energy within his palms, Takeshi molds it into a condensed, self-sustaining ball of energy. It doesn't glow and is not to be mistaken for ki. This energy is created through concentration and NOT summoned from the user's spiritual energy reservoir. This ball itself is translucent with a violet-shaded outline. Upon impact it explodes.

Thrust: An extension of Takeshi's arm releases a torrent of psycho-kinetic force, sending the weak flying while simply pushing the bigger, stronger foe's back a bit. Sometimes leaving them feeling as if they just got punched in the chest depending on how much force the merc puts behind it.

ALL NON=COMBAT:

After-image (subliminal): Cain uses his after-image to project things to those who are fully attentive. There's no predefined trait to determine full attentiveness, or vigilance.

Vigilance x7 (non-combat): By attaining an attentiveness Cain's able to pick up on After-image (subliminal) when it's used by someone else.

Ninja: Cain's fighting prowess is completely unaffected by this technique. Those who've been informed with After-image (subliminal), and realize it happens are able to see Cain as a different entity during battle. He appears as a ninja did many years ago, clothed in all black with only his eyes showing.
