The Feral Outreach technique, is unseen as is wind, but the claw like fingers actions are linked, and imitate the Nameks actual hands.

Nova Bullet- Nova fires a wind and energy imbued 'bullet' attack at it's foe. The technique is wicked fast and to the point as is slices, or drills through the air to reach it's mark. The results from a connected attack differ with each scenario.

Feral Outreach - does this add claws to Mal's hands so he can cut people with them, or does it, like, shoot blades of wind? Its not quite clear.

Nova Bullet - Price depends. You say it slices and drills through the air, but is it supposed to slice and drill through the target as well? If it just hits people like a normal attack, 15 XP, but if it drills through people, 25 XP.

Feral Outreach... Ugh I knew this would be hard to describe... You've seen, Naruto? When he goes third tail? And his Demon Fox Chakra lashes out in a bigger claw like form? Imagine that, but unseen, and not that flexible. He can use it to lash out, punch, grab, etc. As well the fingered claws/hands mimic what his hands do. I feel I'm still not describing this well enough.... If I need to remake it let me know

Nova Bullet: It's meant to be a direct, yet very fast normal attack. It'd probably rip through a normal human.. but a PC or strong NPC... It'd be nothing more then a blast in most circumstances.
