I'd like to change the strength of this blast, putting it alongside a Final Flash-esque charging move that's stronger than the standard Kamehameha.

Cluster punch: you put 5% of your energy into your fists causing them to glow light lellow almost crem colour. whn your fist hits an opponent hard enought the energy makes your oppenent stunned for 3.5 seconds. this is giving you a little bit of time to plan your next attack.

Glacier - Encasing herself in a thick, dense block of ice, Sage is able to find respite from direct attack; the frozen tomb would have to be destroyed in order for further harm to come to Sage. This technique can also shield allies from potential harm - or restrain an enemy.

Northern Lights - Instead of making the temperature plummet, Sage saturates the air with moisture and chills it, before rapidly warming it back up, creating a thick blanket of fog, sharply obscuring visibility in the area. A constantly present mist feeds the fog, which Sage manipulates to throw disturbing shadows and form shapes with the clouds. An excellent tactic for frightening or confusing the enemy - or getting him lost. It gets its name - although somewhat tenuously - from the glittering particles that dance within the mist.

Frostroot - From the earth sprout deadly spears of ice that form in twisting, gnarled shapes, like the roots of a tree, but capable of lashing out at a chosen victim. Sage can produce them virtually anywhere, and in large quantities, to strike out from almost any direction. This is one of Sage's most overtly aggressive techniques.

Grip of Winter - If the ground has been frozen, Sage can cause the snow or ice to literally reach up and grasp at the ankles (or anything else near to the ground) of a foe in order to restrain them. Even if unsuccessful, the sheer demoralizing effect of an amorphous shape appearing from the ground itself to attack someone can have a serious impact.

Siphon: By definition psychokinesis allows Alexander to, telekinetically, directly affect his opponent’s physical being. This is accomplished through what can be best described as a psychokinetic connection between Trafford’s mind and his opponent’s body. By definition ki absorption is the ability to absorb energy from an opponent and into the user’s body. Siphon is a technique that lies at the intersection of Alexander’s signature ability and newfound technique. Utilizing his psychokinetic connection to affect the physical being of his opponent, Trafford can absorb energy from his enemy through this channel and transfer it back into himself. This is useful so Alex can maintain distance between himself and his opponent, something that he likes to do in fights, and can replenish his energy supply, if, for some strange reason, it runs low.

When Trafford’s ‘energy supply’ reaches maximum capacity, Alex can, through his psychokinesis, manipulate air particles with his own energy in order to create faintly visible energy wells outside of his body, that will then transfer back into his body at a later time. The wells are, for all intents and purposes, the equivalent of an energy external hard drive. And this is only useful when Trafford is unable to, or does not want to, maintain the connection with his opponent.

Ki Assimilates - Inspired by the stories of the paranormal. Vincent developed a way to create little ghost-like clones of himself and infuse their physical make up with energy. These ghost clones have a mind of their own, but will listen to their creator and him alone. They lack any real power but serve well as a distraction and/or just an extra hand. These ghosts explode when they're reservior runs dry or at Vincents command.

Ki Katana's - Vincent utilizes his ability of energy manipulation to forge up to two blades of Ki, depending on his discretion. This attack has two different levels of power. The weaker of the two creates a simple red Katana, summoned under the alias of 'Poseidon'. The stronger of the two takes form of a black Nodachi, molded into a solid composed of pure energy -- Hades. Each blade has the ability to deflect and/or intercept opposing energy attacks. Significantly more powerful energy attacks can break these blades, forcing them to shatter then dissipate.

Ki Armor - When necessary Vincent can emit his energy in such a way that it spreads around him and acts as a protection device. A crimson-colored layer of energy molds to surround the furyan, taking form as merely another level of 'skin' or for a more focused attack, a sheild. Its power is limited to how much energy is put behind it, the hybrids reservior also plays a major factor in its potency.

Ki Barrage - Vincent fires multiple orbs of energy out at once, sending them to what's he's assumed to be a different dimension. With this he can get the jump on almost any foe, teleporting them back on command to overwhelm his opponent all at once. Very similar to Piccolo's Hell's Grenade, the only difference being that instead of the orbs floating within the targets proximity they vanish, only to re-appear once the opportunity presents itself. This is a move of desperation as it drains a nice little chunk of energy since it calls upon both the warrior's abilities in such a manner at once.

Ki Sphere - A ball of red energy that discharges from cupped hands, after having charged it between them both. This ability works against Vincent's health, seemingly due to his tenacious trait. The more injured and/or damaged he is, the stronger the final attack will be and vice-versa. The healthier he is, the less damage it inflicts. Not even he knows why it works that way.

Light Grenade: I assume the burst (if light) acts as a flashbang, disorienting the opponent. Obviously darkness just eliminates their ability to see (and possibly disorients them).

Um, not really sure, honestly. I'd like it to be essentially my strongest(for a good long while at least) tech that someone more powerful than me still has an "Oh Shit" moment when I use it, and I'd like it to beat down a like-powered standard beam(Kamehamehas and the like) pretty easy if I wanted to do that.

Grievous Regeneration: I... don't know. I'm not sure if a) you need a tech for it and, if you do, b) how much something like that would cost. I'll have to get back to you.

No worries, I half expected that to get denied. If I had that, would it be possible for me to pick whether to regenerate immediately or wait until my opponent assumes I'm dead and leaves, and would the option cost extra you think?

Clothing Materialization:

Conjures up clothing for himself or someone else to wear. The simpler and more familiar the garment the easier; More complicated outfits require more concentration and energy.

Orion charges the repulsive ki in his hands and fires a bolt that resembles a simple energy blast but tinted cyan rather than his normal deep blue. On Orion's request, the bolt detonates, expelling a remote shockwave in all directions. The diameter is around 2 1/2 - 3 metres and is used primarily to disperse a group of enemies attacking in a tight group, a wave of incoming projectiles (bullets, arrows,) or to separate a falling wall into its constituent parts.
