All of the chemicals listed are the chemicals in the brain responsible for making people happy. Basically, it's supposed to take the edge off, since people are traumatized. RP fodder.

Adaptability is something that might be taken into account when grading the roleplays for this round, but no, I will not force you to do so.

Ok.. Cuz... I had an idea or two I wanted to flow with... and some of the meds... I've heard about before... or have had family take... and Even if I looked them up... I'm not real sure how they'd affect someone in a stationary.... sleep type state anyways....

They're mood elevators. You don't have to have side effects if you don't want to; it's straight chemical into the nervous system, no pill to absorb through liquid or fat absorption. There are many different ways your character can react to it, especially since they don't know where the sudden euphoria is coming from. You can also have your character receive a different dosage of the chemical, from very little to a whole lot.
