Well, the new instances, Forge of Souls, Pit of Saron, and Halls of Reflection...all pretty neat shit. 'Breezed' through the first two (although admittedly, poS was pretty damn hard), got to Halls of Reflection. This is simply your fight with Arthas, the Lich King. however, before you can get to that fucker, you have to fight waves of friggin undead. Of which my group couldn't get past. Lame healers. *sigh* Anyhoo, really worth checking out, especially those who are into the Lore.

I healed my first random dungeon last night. Nobody died except a shaman who died on the last boss, but of course he could rez himself.

Pretty stressful stuff. I don't think I'm cut out to heal, I think I'd be better at dps.

That said, I'm thinking about faction-changing and transferring Numeria to Proudmoore (where I currently play). But jeebus $50 for all that crap, no wai. I am hella poor.

However, Christmas/birthday is coming up so I could possibly have money for it.

What do you think? Should I just (ugh so sick of this option) reroll instead? Is $50 really worth it?!

If I decide to play again, I"m looking at transferring three high level characters (the 80 Druid, the 80 Lock, and the 73 Shaman) while faction changing the Druid to alliance (because my coworkers are playing again. But they want to play on AoS again or another pvp server, of which I'm not a fan. Been there, done that, and I don't like how fucking long it makes everything take to get done. I don't NEED the time sink aspect.)

So I'm terrified at that cost. I can't afford to do it right now either, and they are talking about changing servers beyond that, so I'd be afraid to do that and have them server jump again.

I just transferred my shaman to Proudmoore and realized she has crap gear. So I tried to do heroics on my 80 to get emblems to get heirlooms and when I queued up it was like "your gear blows nice try". I'm starting to dislike WoW.

You should be fine with some blues, really. I got my rogue from rep swords and upper dungeon gear to new heroic epics fist and dagger and 3/4 t9 in a day

Yeah, certain dungeons/raids you have to have a certain gearscore now, which blows, but I guess it does help in lowering the chances of your group wiping.
