Sorry about this but I need this list approved or disproved as soon as poosible. You can forget everything else I have put up. I am trying for more simplar and effective moves.
Kinetic Pull- the user will use psychokinetic energy to pull the target towards them with overwhelming power as if something huge and power had just grabbed their entire body and yanked it.
Kinetic Push- the user will use psychokinetic energy to push the opponent away with great force. This is like being shoved away by a massive open palm. This is more effective against flying targets. This can cause damage as it is an offensive technique
Kinetic Whip Chain- the user will use psychokinetic energy to whip his opponent’s body around somewhat like a person would a rag doll. This only hurts the target if he is thrown into an object.
Kinetic Bind- the use forced the target’s body to pull in on itself in some way(ex. bending them backwards). This immobilizes the target as they strain to get control of their body. This can cause damage the more a person struggles as they are pulling against their own muscles.

Kinetic Pull: 20 xp
Kinetic Push: 20 xp
Kinetic Whip Chain: How long does the hold on this last? A few seconds? A minute?
Kinetic Bind: Again, how long/strong is the hold? How hard is it to escape? How long does it last?

Whip will last as long as the person holds the energy or the person breaks free some how.
Bind is only as strong as the user can make it and can hold it on a target. Which means the weaker the target the more effective the move is.
Sorry about the lack of details I am running on like 3 hours of sleep in 7 days. and I am spinning in my seat.

You might get dizzy and crash into your dog, sending you face-first onto the floor.
...Not that I'd know anything about that. <.<;;
Anyway.

Death Ball (デスボール, Desubōru) is a powerful attack, where a spark of ki lights on the index finger, and once enough energy is gathered this spark may grow in size depending on how much energy is expended. When ready, this Death Ball is thrown towards the target. Typically this attack is used to destroy planets or as a last-ditch effort to kill an opponent.

Empathy: Honestly don't know. Going to leave it to Kaden or someone higher than me.
Death Ball: 15, but you can't destroy planets.
Kinetic Wave: See below
Kinetic Burst: See below
@Razor: For Burst and Wave, like you said, it applies to any Kinetic Ability your character has. Is this regardless of the potency or lethality?

Empathy: 10 if it's something Mal has to focus on. 30 if it's just supposed to be passive.

Yes.
The prices won't change, though, just so you know.

SO to get them both..I'd have to pay 40?
I couldn't.. buy the one... and pay 20 XP more. and upgraded it?
If you say no, I'll assume that having both would have an advantage over knowing the feelings of another telepath that tried to hide them? After stats were considered of course....

I'd think the advantage would be getting partial use of the ability before buying the whole thing.

Five Form Fist (Wu Xing Quan):
The Five Form Fist is a form of an ancient Chinese fighting style called the Flood Fist(Hong Quan). The Five Form Fist composes of five main forms of fighting, these five forms were all based off of the most dominant five creatures in the animal world.
-Crouching Tiger Stance
When the crouching tiger stance has been activated, strong bolts of ki is injected into the fingers where tiger claws are formed. You are literally a crouching tiger stalking its prey, and once you've found the mark an immediate pounce will follow. With this ability, Zhu Zhi's fingers can easily be inserted into any type of hard surface, most preferably the skull where Zhu Zhi will usually go for the kill with the Crouching Tiger Stance. The Crouching Tiger Stance can instantaneously kill off enemies whose combat abilities are significantly lower than that of the user (2x or 3x depending on pricing). This skill will most likely be used on NPC's in personal roleplays and such.
-Hidden Dragon Stance
This stance is a defensive maneuver more than anything else. With this stance an energy barrier will be formed around your body and change the visibility and color of yourself to blend with the background or maker harder to see you. Loosely translated, it pretty much performs a Chameleon effect for the user.
-Raging Crane Stance
The Raging Crane Stance can only be activated when the user is already in the Hidden Dragon Stance. While in the Raging Crane stance, the users hands are formed in the shape of a crane's beak. With the Raging Crane, the user makes a large crane cry and jumps from the Hidden Dragon Stance into the Raging Crane stance with surprise as the main element of its attack which makes the attack itself virtually impossible to avoid.
-Twisting Leopard Stance
With this stance the users hands are formed in the shape of a Leopard's paw. As the Twisting Leopard is being performed, the user's ki forms mirror images of the attacker's fists and legs to make it seem like it is moving much faster than it actually is in an effort to deceive an opponent's ability to parry off such an attack.
-Slithering Snake Stance
The Slithering Snake Stance is an attack form that makes your opponent fight your fight. With the Slithering Snake you shorten the range of attacks to simply being point blank while you're wrapped(figuratively) around the body of your opponent binding them to simply upclose melee combat.
I would like to receive a grade with each Stance. And also wondering if I get a discount if I purchase the entire package xD.

Before I propose my Custom Technique, may someone answer me a few questions please? I was told that you can charge a beam like Kamehameha, without making a custom technique first. Only if it doesn't involve humming characteristics. Is this true? And can I shoot Ki blasts and Charged Ki Blasts without making it a Custom as well?
Time Lag: With the knowledge of Time Stop, the user can slow things down for approximately 1 minute, and in fact attack his/her opponent in the process. On the down side, this move can't be used again until 30 minutes had past. After use, the user's body is left exhausted for nearly 10 seconds. What you do during that minute is completely up to you.
Swirling Torpedo: The user uses his/her ability to fly, to control the energy around him/her and rotate at high speed. While using his/her knowledge of Ki Control, to gradually release energy, until they become a living Tornado that then propels itself at his/her opponent. Impact to any object will cause an explosion that covers about 5 yards (Thats another reason why you have to use flight. Not only to rotate but if you touch the ground, it might ruin your move). This attack can last in pursuit about 30 seconds, if user hasn't reached it's target by then... Instant poof. Just pray to god that if this happens, the explosion will at least scratch your opponent. Warning - this move will slightly injure the user.

Can some please help me out a bit?

I sincerely apologize for the wait.
Five Form Fist: No discount. 55 XP for all of them or 10 XP each. 5 for the encompassing Five Form Fist technique.
@Nam: Charged blasts and basic energy beams do not require a custom tech. Kamehameha is a custom tech, but it's 15 XP.
Time Lag: So you're just slowing time down instead of stopping it allowing yourself to attack?
Swirling Torpedo: 30 XP

Exactly.
Edit: So do I purchase the moves here? Or in my roster; naturally?
