Starting Planet: Earth-Sei

Fighting Style: Cunning, Adaptive, & Determined

Short Bio: Genji is a creature of unknown origin that has taken the form of a young boy. Eight years ago, he was found by three children in the mystic forest outside Kunpei Village. It was their claim that they saw him change from a blue-furred wolf to a human boy, but they were scoffed at by the village elders for their boundless imagination.

Without a home or family, the boy was taken in by the River Dojo; an orphanage and training dojo run by Master Wushu, the village's herbalist. Many orphans had grown up on the Dojo and some went on to fight in the World Martial Arts Tournament for Kunpei.

It was Genji's dream to do this one day, and see the great cities of the world.

General Description: Genji has a bird's nest of blue hair that match the oceanic hue of his eyes. Short and stocky; he often dresses in fighter rags. Last but not least, he's got a bit of a jester's smile.

Ku-thud, was the reverberating noise inside the domed stadium as his body crashed against the tiled floor. His shoulder cracked upon the impact, and he ached. Squinting at the pain, he could hear the chants of the crowd; rooting for his opponent, no doubt.

"You never stood a chance, peasant boy!"

One of his eyelids cracked open, the blue iris finding a mark on the fighter towering over him. The man had long brown hair and a thick build of six feet. His face was unclear; blank. A surreal blur, and yet it still managed to stare down at him.

However, the glance was lost in a second, as a knee crashed against his belly and sent him rolling, rolling, rolling ... all the way to the south end of the arena. The boy's foot slipped off the edge and nearly touched the grass. It could have been over, right then and there, and it took all the strength left in him to stop his toes from descending into the the sand.

"Hnhnhn... its over, pup." The ominous figure said as it approached, readying his right foot to launch the youngling off the marble canvas.

"No way its over--" coughed the village-fighter, blood dripping from his teeth.

"The air is a river," he whispered softly as his opponent kicked off.

"Movements are ripples in the current," he continued as the beast's toes pointed, aiming to spear the battered fighter and end this once and for all.

Three.

Two.

One.

Impac- "AND I AM A FUCKING TEMPEST!"

With the quickness of a grass hopper, the boy pounced off of the ground, using his arms to catapult off the edge of the arena. Immediately, the burly fighter lost his balance and before he could react to the spontaneous evasion, a bluish blur struck him in the back. Gravity carried the long-haired juggernaut like a ball from a cannon, and he crashed into the wall. After which, he tumbled to the ground with concrete and stone.

There was a pause of awe, and then: ding!

"Yayyyy!" roared the audience and they cheered on the victorious fighter. As the blue-haired martial artist staggered to the centre of the arena, he could hear them chanting his name, and his mouth snapped into a grin.

"Genji, genji, genji..."

"GENJI!"

The boy awoke to a--crunch--as his head collided with the wooden ceiling of his bunk.

"Genji, wake up already! Its morning and the Master needs you to make a delivery..."

"Nngh," grunted the blue-haired 'human' as he felt his goose-egg and climbed out of bed. He frowned at the clock which came in the shape of a turtle.

"I'd pick dreams over chores any day," Genji complained, as he set off for the door.

And though his victory has only been a dream, a part of him still felt like...

... a champion.

Welcome to Chubbs, Genji!

Everything looks great! I'll set up your Roster and Training Page. I am not able to activate you, but I'll get someone on that. As for using Ryu as your character, you'll need to post that in the Artistic Interpretation thread located here with a photo of him.

Fighting to the bitter end is an advantage when your opponent does not wish to perish.
