Saga!

Uh...hey. I've been chosen (well, not really, I offered and they said "sure") to run the next saga. You can call it official, staff-sponsored, or whatever, so participants will be getting actual rewards. The saga itself is more or less an improved version of a saga (ASS) that I ran on AD. Participants are gathered together to play a "game" sponsored by a super powered madman. The game itself is actually set up a lot like Mario Party for those of you who have played it, and the events that the players will be doing can be anything from a silly western shootout to an epic naval battle. A story will be progressing behind the scenes, and will become more relevant as the game goes on. It's sort of like FoF or DA was in that sense.

I'll post more about it later, but I just wanted to gauge interest first. Who would actually participate? My target date is March 1st, but I'll give more time if it's needed.

I'm definately in. It'll be interesting to see how Xenia will handle some of the events like my character did in ASS.

I'd like to join. Is it a story game or an elimination game?

EDIT: This is a story saga, but there's a competitive aspect to it as well. Most, if not all, of the characters will be just trying to escape, but the only means to do that is to play the game.

Rewards will be affected by placement. However, since there are certain things that happen in the game that are beyond the player's control, the main thing I will be looking at is the quality of the writing.

So...yeah. I guess you can call it both.

I'm working out a few kinks, so I can't really get you guys the full story yet. What you can count on, however, is that nobody will be officially out of the saga unless it's due to inactivity, and I'll set a standard for "inactive wipes" in the official rules.

I like that, it makes it more fun imo . This sounds fun, I can't wait. I better finish my storyline before this happens.

If everyone can post their intent on joining (yes, no, or maybe), that would be great. I'd like to know what I'm dealing with. So far, I have Kaden, Ander, Mr. Zhu, Xenia, Vad, Victoria, and maybe Sage and Ashe?

Only for inactivity. Those who are "eliminated" after every event (and the number eliminated after every round will depend on the number of people who participate) will be placed into the game's "jail" where a secondary story will be going on.

Yessir. It'll be difficult to justify IC, but I'm sure we could work something out.

Maybe. If i can wrap up the storyline I got going on now that i've been working on for forever. I've actually been working on a post but WoW keeps showing up.
