Big Bang Attack-Veritas extends his arm and opens his palm and turns his hand up at a 90 degree angle. He then powers up and fires a powerful whitish-yellow energy sphere at the opponent. This attack creates an enormous explosion upon contact.
Big Bang Beam- Similar to the big bang attack, Veritas extends his arm and opens his palm and turns his hand up at a 90 degree angle. The only altercation is the ki is focused into a beam and is much more devastating. Berserk- Using his Inner Strength, Veritas, upon extremely stressful conditions, is overwhelmed with rage. He blacks out and drifts into another state of mind, going "berserk". This altered stated only lasts for a few moments, but while in progress he becomes much stronger and faster and remains impervious to oncoming attacks. The downside to this technique is the user is not in control of himself, he can not coordinate any thoughts or tactics, and his movements become sloppy and irrational. whats the verdict?

Sometimes I feel like I have really long-winded custom tech descriptions <_<; Anyway, I wanted to get some older custom techniques I had priced for the future. Thank ye!
Ki Tracker – After condensing a lot of energy into a small sphere, Piper can hurl it at his opponents, and through a telepathic connection, she can actually remote control the destructive little projectile. This means that she can arch it around an opponent to throw them off (make them think she missed), but with a discrete hand, eye, or internal motion, she can cause it pivot back around and hit them in the back. Due to the mental link, Piper can guide the ball even where she can't see it, but if Piper is distracted or otherwise interrupted, the bond will sever and the ball will explode where ever it may be. Ki Mortar – Piper charges up a dense, erratic sphere of energy in her hand and hurls it into the sky. When it reaches an altitude of his desire, she snaps his fingers and the sphere detonates into a flurry of ki projectiles. If she is unable to snap his fingers, the mortar will fall back down to the ground and then explodes—drastically reducing its destructive capacity. Like a lethal hail of rain, these shards of energy cleave through the sky and rain death and destruction upon the ground below them. The potency and area of this attack is dependent upon how much energy Piper seeks to invest in this maneuver. Due to its simple method of execution and power, this attack is a good means to deal with many foes or a single enemy. Ki Whip – After creating a small orb of ki, Piper grips it into her hand and creates a limp string of ki. The color varies (although it is usually blue), while the length and potency of the weapon depend on how much power she decides to exert in its creation. Piper can wield one in each hand at the cost of more energy, or she could wield a whip in one hand and a ki saber in the other. The weapon itself is mainly used as a medium-range melee weapon, but its partially adhesive nature allows the whip to wrap around targets. Although the weapon is merely a string of ki, its grip is rather powerful, and because of this, it can provide a vital edge in combat (because wrapping it around an opponent’s legs, arms, or neck could potentially destroy an opponent’s momentum) or be useful in using one's environment to their advantage (pulling down a nearby pillar, for instance). Ki Grenade - A super-condensed sphere of black energy that requires five to ten seconds to craft. The ki grenade, like its namesake, explodes a few (three to be exact) seconds after leaving Piper's hand. The power of the explosion is comparable to a low-level ki attack (like Kamehameha). The design and concentration of the sphere allow it to bounce, roll, and even be hurled through walls prior to its explosion, thus making the ki grenade a splendid strategic asset. Ki Sight and Sound – Although the witty moniker may infer otherwise, all this move does is allow Piper to channel ki through his eyes and mouth. The damage of said concentrations is variable, just as any ki blast fired from the palm would be, but the ability to fire from orifices on her countenance has additional value for when she is tied up or otherwise unable to use her hands. Before the blast is fired, Piper's eyes or the back of her mouth with flicker with energy. Quote:Vad's Whimsical Whimsicalisms: Men. Masenko- It is charged with one hand behind the other above the head, then the hands are brought in front of the chest to fire the attack.

I believe it's been 72 hours, so just a friendly bump.
Quote:Gunslinger – Victoria curls her fingers in, her thumb up and her index finger out. Doing this gives her a gun, and after many hours of training, she has managed to infuse her electricity with her own internal energy, or ki. She weaves the two forces together in her hand and is able to fire electrical bullets from her “gun”. This gives the bullets more of a punch, and is much quicker than pulling her gun out in certain situations. She can use more than one hand, but it doesn’t make any difference to the attack. Requires Ki Control.

Unless otherwise specified, I'm going to assume that "generic wind-up blast" is the same strength as a kamehameha.
In the example you cited, it was specified otherwise. ![]() "It's on my brain, driving me insane. It's on my mind, all of the time, and if it left... I would be fine."

Ki Absorption won't be required. Triage - unless I'm missing something, this is just basically a move that automatically staunches bleeding, right? 5 XP. ![]() "It's on my brain, driving me insane. Yes, triage stops bleeding. This means that in order to kill Vic a person would have to decapitate her or do a lot of damage, that's not to say she's immortal or anything, she's just can't die by slit throat or something like that.
03-09-2010, 05:04 AM
Yeah, that's fine.
You could do that with Regen without a Custom for it, but this way people know it's, like, a thing for your character. ![]() "It's on my brain, driving me insane. It's on my mind, all of the time, and if it left... I would be fine."

Invade— Using this technique, Juno is able to use his telepathic abilities to, quite basically, attack the mind of his opponent. If the move is successful (which largely depends upon the Focus of his opponent) Juno is able to force the opponent into a mind spar, which works exactly like a regular spar except that the combatants are in the astral plane, and the loser is knocked unconscious if the winner chooses to make a 'killing blow.'

Quote:Megaton Hammer: Reworded for Vad: (Father/Son storyline anyone?) Megaton Hammer: By coating his right arm with thick sheets of liquid steel, Vad forms his appendage into a giant hammer. By condensing the metal around his arm he can make this hammer weigh several hundred pounds. Used alone this technique is rather worthless, because of the sheer weight and difficulty of moving the weapon around, but with practice one can form it in seconds and get off a series of hits, before having to release the gathered metal. Tempest - A short range technique that devastates anything nearby Kaden with wave after wave of violent energy. The blasts of energy may be maintained for as long as Kaden has energy, though sustaining it for too long can be quite tiring. While it is primarily an offensive technique, it can also be used to destroy or overpower incoming projectiles and attacks such as small ki blasts or bullets or shrapnel. (Image)

Mirage - Orion is capable of sustaining his After-Image ability to such a degree that it appears there is more than one of him at any one time. Although only one can physically attack, Orion can make it appear as if there are up to five of him standing, running, moving or doing any movement other than attacking. If Orion strikes while Mirage is active, all but the real version fade away.
Silent Shot - Forming his first two fingers and thumb into the shape of a gun, Orion can emit an invisible bolt of ki roughly the same strength of a kamehameha and just as draining. The strength of this ability lies in its covert nature; the actual energy is imperceivable to the naked eye (while still detectable by ki sense or a scouter) and moves at phenomenal speeds, allowing Orion to launch a powerful attack without drawing attention and at a moment's notice. The downside is that it cannot be sustained; each bullet requires the same amount of ki as a kamehameha, and Orion rarely fires more than one bullet unless in dire circumstances. Offline - Using Orion's intimate knowledge of ki, he can weave an expanding barrier from himself that scrambles any scouters or utilisation of ki sense for a short period, which becomes less effective the further away the senser is. It is used for escape attempts or to disorient the opponent. Visually, it appears a sudden and short lived flash of light from his body. Light Spear - A simple molding of a basic energy beam into a spear. It retains the properties of the imitated weapon, allowing Orion to skewer weak foes, hit distant objects like buttons that don't need destroying, or to pin clothing of a target to a wall.

Untouchable- As the user taps into his unconventional ki, his eyes and body glow with his dark energy. As this happens he is able to repel and deflect all normal ki blasts and can deflect or reduce that of even more powerful attacks aimed at him.
Dark Break- As the Users knuckles or energy burns dark they can shatter through regular ki shields with ease. Rogue Flare- The user concentrates, taking in the Dark Matter or energy of the shadows and unleashes a heavy bast of Dark Energy at the foe(Best uised when in cohorts of darkness or evil) ![]()

Tempest: 35
Mirage: 20 Silent Shot: 18 Offline: It renders an ability useless. Gonna leave it to an Admin. Light Spear: 12 Untouchable: Seems too powerful. Gonna leave it to an Admin. I do suggest, however, adding a weakness. In it's present state it's almost god like. Dark Break: 25 if you add in the fact that depending on the opponents focus, this ability will not shatter the shield. Rogue Flare: 30 [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
