Hate: Games whose higher difficulties don't actually require changes in strategy, because higher forms of strategy are impossible due to terrible faults within the game itself. Games which create higher difficulty purely by cranking up the statistics of the entities within the game.
I'm coming quite close to breaking a controller over Force Unleashed. They released trophies, so of course I want them, but Jesus fucking Christ, this game is irritating. The lock-on mechanism is laughably terrible. Guy standing right in front of you? No hope with Force Lightning; that'll go just to the side of him, leaving you wide open to take an ass-kicking. Got more than three enemies in an area? Better start praying; once you get caught in a combo, there's absolutely nothing you can do except watch your health get whittled down. In a boss fight? Get a rabbit's foot; your opponent can do tricks during which he/she cannot be harmed, and that cannot be blocked. Further, your opponent (on Sith Lord, which isn't even the hardest difficulty) has roughly fifteen times as much health as you do, requiring you to pull off somewhere around thirty-five full-length lightsaber combos to dent her health (provided he/she doesn't just auto-counter-attack your first strike; gotta watch out for those), whereas you die in two combos. Somehow, your it's quite easy for your opponent to counter-attack or block in the middle of your combo, but if you get caught in a single swipe from your opponent, expect to be defenseless for the rest of the combo (and say goodbye to your health). Expect next-to-none of your force powers to work; expect all of your opponents force powers to break defense.
No trophy is worth this bullshit. I can't improve at the game because there's nowhere to improve. It's a matter of getting lucky with the lock-on system, getting lucky with your opponent's defenses.

They've had this problem since Jedi Outcast. =(

Well fuck them, then. I don't have any sympathy for them. There are ways to create a balanced system without giving the baddies free hits against my character.
Games like MGS4 or FIFA 09 (or Chess or what-have-you) are great because success is earned. There may be a small element of luck, but you're either good or you're not. Fuck games that are more luck than earned success.

Yeah. Being evil for once in a game like that was a lot of fun.

I loved being evil in Fable and Fable 2, can't wait to try it in Mass Effect.
Hate B.B.W in SC...now that I'm back home I've been bombarded with idiots trying to get me to drive there. Been extremely polite so far, I'm going to have to get rude quick because two foolish bastards have already showed up with BAGS telling me 'You can stay at the hotel for free, we just need a ride there and back!' How the fuck can you afford to pay for a hotel room but have no car to get to the hotel or area...fucktards.
Hate that my ex pulled a true bitch move and hooked up with a guy I wanted to kill and brought the motherfucker by my grandmother's house. I'm glad he didn't get out the car and I'm glad she was smart enough to leave when I told her to roll the fuck out.
Hate that my mother's sister stole my Great-Aunt's social security card and credit card, ordered cell phones didn't pay the bills and now collectors and ringing her phone off like crazy...and the fucked up part is she doesn't even know. My grandmother is trying to gather all the information she can before she tells my Great-Aunt this stuff.
Hate that some dude hit on my chick and me being so far away I can't do nothing about it...and now she's being a little devil and asking me should she call him for the sake of calling him :| I wish I were a woman beater so I could just go slap slap slap and not feel bad...though she'd probably kick my ass and I'd go back to being a passive ahole

It's not really evil, in Mass Effect it's more like you can be heroic like Superman or you can be badass like Riddick.
