Using his ability to manipulate the wind, Jayd blows a concussive wind that can pierce or otherwise cut an opponent. The technique is just barely visible to the naked eye, and can be dodged.

Toxin
Requires Wind Ki and Venomous Ki

Jayd releases a toxin into the air, and uses his wind manipulation to direct. He can only release enough of it to envelope a single person. With concentration, he can direct the smog towards a particular area.

Envelop
Requires Wind Ki

Jayd creates a cyclone around his body, helping deflect or redirect weaker attacks and softens the blow from attacks strong enough to break his protection.

Nullify - Orion's encyclopediac knowledge of energy has led to the discovery of an anti-energy blast. While the attack does no damage, a simple ki ball can, on contact with another ki source, cancel it out. This can be used as a way to disrupt a charged energy attack or remove a portion of an energy shield.

Thick Skin- Oahun, through intensive training, will be able to unlock an inherent Namekian ability that allows him resistance to extreme degrees of temperature. This will not give him any resistance against any type of elemental ki. He will simply be more comfortable in various climates that normal people are not.

Clairvoyance- Oahun (upon the purchase of Telepathy) will be able to focus on the minds of others and discover the nature of what they are saying. He will be unable to accurately read exact ideas or pick up strategies, but he will be able to discover feelings of mal-intent or sincerity behind even the most polished of speaker's thoughts.

I don't have the exact words written down yet, but it's basically a custom technique question. Would it be possible, with purchased telepathy, to form an anti-Clairvoyance-ish technique? A lot of people is on the mind reading vibe and I figured with some sort of ki speckles that act as telepathy jammers constantly around the character, he/she could stop the mind reading?

Spiritual Flow- Steeming from Carter's expansive amount of Ki his very soul is able to express itself independent of Carter's will. It is an instinctual defense that only expresses itself to Carter when hes in serious danger. Once this occurs Carter's Chi will passivly form barriers against oncoming attacks. Strong attacks may break through the defense as well as faster attacks being able to get through before the barriers are formed.

Spirit Tsunami- Once tapped into Carter's chi he is able to exhert copious amount of energy which form that of a tidal wave. This attack seems to have a mind of its own and is known to chase its opponents down. Being that the attack only harms you when it crushes down on you, energy is lost with each slam and usualy disbursts completly after it lands or misses a few times.

Portal Beam- A rather large and powerful beam of concentrated spiritual energy. The beam is fired from infront of Carter's chest without Carter really having to do anything, as if it is being launched directly from Carter's soul through a portal.

I would like to note and will note on my roster that all of these moves are very taxing and draining. The longer the fight lasts the less likely these moves will persist.

You could only do that with Foresight.

If you had Telepathy or Psychokinesis, I think a custom tech with mind reading jamming abilities could be considered.

Its just some barriers? I don't know why I need foresight to block attacks with Ki? If I remove the bit about acting independent of Carter's will? Think Gaara with his sand but instead with energy. I'm not perdicting movements thats why if you move faster than Carter they don't block. Its the same thing if you punch at me and I block with my hand, I can't block it if you're faster than me. I'll reword whatever need be, let me know what is holding the tech up.

A similar move listed here was denied on the same grounds I'm denying this one. The way I read this:

is that your energy is somehow foreseeing an attack that Carter himself doesn't and erects appropriate defenses. For that to happen, you'd need to see into the future, which brings us to the Foresight requirement.

If you simply wish to defend using energy constructed barriers, then that's fine.

I hope I reworked this. In essence I'm just trying to have energy block attacks without Carter moving. That is not to say that Carter is predicting attacks or anything, I just want to eleminate the element of telegraphing from Carter all together. He's more of a mental energy user, he kinda just tells it what to do and it does it, none of this hand signals crap. So, theres no forsight advantage to this. Thats not to say that in the heat of the moment he wont extend his arm all badass like and use the force on your ass (In an energy way) its just that he usually doesn't.

Ablate - A defensive technique that quickly coats Kaden's body in thin a layer of ki. Impacts tear away at the ki, dampening them. Since the ki is crafted to be broken apart, it can not withstand continual pressure (such as a Kamehameha) but is potent against quick, single blows (punches, kicks, bullets, etc.).

Understood Reaction
Sigfried's body only reacts to poisons, drugs and other external body-altering substances in the way that he believes they should. This means that his perceived reaction to something is the reaction that it will have. This makes him relatively safe from things that he might have misidentified (such as something slipped into his food that he never noticed), it may alter or give a different effect of something he's not well educated about, or even put him in harms way if he thinks a jug full of Kool-Aide is actually cyanide.

This leaves him open to suggestion and the odd villain who might actually go about explaining what they're about to inject into him. And placebos!
