It's just that I would really like to have this technique for my next post so uhh, bump >.>

Edit: It's kinda the most important one and thats why I haven't bought my other ones, so that for sure I have the xp for it.

Understood Reaction
Sigfried's body only reacts to poisons, drugs and other external body-altering substances in the way that he believes they should. This means that his perceived reaction to something is the reaction that it will have. This makes him relatively safe from things that he might have misidentified (such as something slipped into his food that he never noticed), it may alter or give a different effect of something he's not well educated about, or even put him in harms way if he thinks a jug full of Kool-Aide is actually cyanide.

This leaves him open to suggestion and the odd villain who might actually go about explaining what they're about to inject into him. And placebos!

50 XP and it isn't always going to work against players.

Ablate - A defensive technique that quickly coats Kaden's body in thin a layer of ki. Impacts tear away at the ki, dampening them. Since the ki is crafted to be broken apart, it can not withstand continual pressure (such as a Kamehameha) but is potent against quick, single blows (punches, kicks, bullets, etc.).

Spiritual Flow- When Carter is really focusing on his energy, barriers of energy will form to protect against oncoming assaults. Making no physical movement, the energy forms the barriers, giving the illusion that his energy is independent of Carter’s will. Strong attacks may break through the defense as well as faster attacks being able to get through before the barriers are formed.

I hope I reworked this. In essence I'm just trying to have energy block attacks without Carter moving. That is not to say that Carter is predicting attacks or anything, I just want to eleminate the element of telegraphing from Carter all together. He's more of a mental energy user, he kinda just tells it what to do and it does it, none of this hand signals crap. So, theres no forsight advantage to this. Thats not to say that in the heat of the moment he wont extend his arm all badass like and use the force on your ass (In an energy way) its just that he usually doesn't.

As long as he's telling what direction to erect the shield it'll be 13 XP

You're paying 50 XP to possibly negate venomous KI effects. At least that's how I read it. If you're doing it for RP fodder only in stories and not against players at all you don't need to purchase it.

Requiring both arms free, James begins by placing his hands before himself as if "catching" the blast, forcing open seals in his palms and another two just behind the bend in his elbow. With the seals unlocked, a channel is created with a funnel that runs the length of his forearms that is used to divert the flow of the attack. This is only achieved through the use of small charge-bearing needles lining the inside of the cylindrical pathway inside James' arm that nullify the opposing energy's destructive power by equalizing it with his own. The reaction typically results in an expulsion of flames out the backside of James' arms as the excited particles are released safely away from his body. The power drawn upon to stabilize the energy is taken from James' stored Power Points.

wild whisper - Harnessing her telepathy, Kazuya can sometimes pick up on the feelings of others through their thoughts, if they are projecting it strong enough. Usually through trauma or other strong emotion, it is more likely, and is more strongly projected if the person throwing out their emotions as well as their thoughts have telepathy as well. She can feel what that other person is feeling, or going through, as well as any stray thoughts they choose to give out.

I will ask when I use this ability to the person or persons that are involved if they are alright with it, but mostly, the ability does no harm to either person, and is more of a passive ability than an active one.

The "Look" :

Unknown to how it happened, Rebekah can shoot concentrated beams of black energy from her eyes. The beam originates from the pupil and does not take up the whole eye. Powerful enough to cut through most hardened building material it isn't particularly strong against a person who has more control over their energy than an average sentient being. It's more of a useful tool rather than a weaponized form of energy. Now that dirty look she gives you can do harm! Who knew!?

Free Form Energy- Carter’s manipulation of his energy seems to be quite endless and with that he can create a mass of energy to which its form bends to his will. He can make various shapes with this energy and the only limit to its shape is his imagination. Common forms, but not limited to, he uses with this is a giant hand to which he can restrain or throw his opponent about with, a giant force to hit you with such as hammers and flyswatters, and animal manipulations such as dragons and tigers that can attack. This free form energy takes a lot out of Carter and requires his constant focus to use. The energy can also be exploded on Carter’s command. Carter can also hide this energy inside of other attacks such as his Tsunami.

Force Push- Carter erupts with energy in all directions making it an AOE type attack. The effects have been known to be obliterating weaker opponents and knocking stronger opponents backward. Side effects to the attack can be blindness, but only for a few seconds. The general range is 12 to 15 feet and leaves the area within damaged. He generally does this out of his horse stance to gain more power for the attack, however is not limited to it.

Shoryuken- Carter fuses his energy into his fist for a seriously devastating blow, which usually come in two different type strikes. He can either unleash his Shoryuken in an uppercut to which he bounds into the air with his opponent as he does so. This type of Shoryuken is easily his most powerful type; the other comes from a haymaker type punch, which is in its own way is very powerful. They are both Shoryukens after all. Although most of his energy is focused into his hand, his whole body is flowing with energy and upon impact a sonic type explosion can be witnessed. This attack is severally draining and is dangerous to use more than once in a fight, may cause serious injury or death if Carter attempts to use more than once.

Final Flash- Carter begins this technique by entering his square horse; however, instead of thrusting his elbows back he instead stretches his arms out to his sides with a bend in his elbows and his palms open, fingers outstretched. This attack’s power, like most signature energy moves, is determined by the amount of time spent gathering energy before firing. Once Carter has gathered the amount of power he feels the occasion calls for, he thrusts his hands outward in front of him unleashing the beam. This can easily be Carter’s most destructive long range attack and should be used with caution. It does not always deliver the same sort of life or death power as his Shoryuken, however, if he charges the blast long enough it can exceed even the shoryuken.

Drawing on her powers of foresight, Jarka can occasionally see a cryptic glimpse of the future. It can manifest itself in two ways: a vision or a riddle. Both methods are brief and difficult -if not impossible- for her to decipher.

The vision consists primarily of feeling-based symbolism (sight, touch, taste, smell, and non-literary sounds).
The riddle is a wordplay, which is easier for her to relay to others.

She cannot control how or when this happens, so it has little value in combat. The prophecy can relate to an individual or large scale level. The revelation is fixed in the timeline, meaning it must come true (regardless of if it is in the way it was interpreted or not).

Glamor - Edward can change the appearance of her clothes (or others', with their willing consent), whether to better suit a situation or simply to remove those pesky bullet wounds.

I don't think that you need a custom tech in order to do this. You could simply roleplay the riddle/sensation as the method that Jarka senses the future.

Again, that's basically what Immaterial is. You shouldn't need a custom tech for it.
