Drawing on her powers of foresight, Jarka can occasionally see a cryptic glimpse of the future. It can manifest itself in two ways: a vision or a riddle. Both methods are brief and difficult -if not impossible- for her to decipher.

The vision consists primarily of feeling-based symbolism (sight, touch, taste, smell, and non-literary sounds).
The riddle is a wordplay, which is easier for her to relay to others.

She cannot control how or when this happens, so it has little value in combat. The prophecy can relate to an individual or large scale level. The revelation is fixed in the timeline, meaning it must come true (regardless of if it is in the way it was interpreted or not).

I got this priced a while back and was told it was just RP fodder and didn't merit a custom... it hasn't been sitting right with me ever since (especially not since I used it in a saga and affected another player). Can I get a price just for flavor sake to ease my guilty conscience?

Telepathy can only read thoughts on the surface of someones mind, you need Mediumship to probe deeper. Though the work around to that is to ask someone questions about their history and when the recollect something, then still what they are thinking of at that moment.

That would require Time Stop.

I just need to clarify something.

If you want to able to adjust the strength of your body split clones after you have created them, then yes you would need Ki Spec. If you're attempting to create a technique where you create weaker body splits then you don't need Ki Spec.

I would want to keep them at the level that I assigned them when I split them off, so it would be static.
