I'm not an expert either, but aside from the AP part that's what I do. AS+Madred's. If you cap AS, then...well, you should've won already

Yo, so there was this dude wondering how to build for Kog'Maw the other day and I told him that I wasn't really an expert, but it seemed like Attack Speed, AP and like, a Madred's Razor would be best because he does percentile damage? That wasn't SHIT advice was it? I'm just legit interested now

Personally I don't think AP is that effective on him, but grabbing some on items that also boost your attack speed isn't going to break anything. I've seen Nashor's Tooth and Rageblade on Kog plenty of times.

I always liked to go Bloodrazor > Berzerker's (if there's not a fuck-ton of CC) > Sword of the Divine > Frozen Mallet.

He scales ridiculously well off of AS and SotD augments that with its own proc. The extra AD he gets off of Bloodrazor and Mallet go well with the active on SotD, letting him split up some of his damage output between physical and magical.

Played Taric a couple times while he's free. A surprising amount of fun. I like feeling that a champion's mere presence helps the team win fights. 30 armor and 45 attack damage is one hell of a presence.

He's the MASTER of auras. Whenever I play him, I pretty much build him straight aura items, in every slot but boots. So, Aegis, Will of the Ancients, Soul Shroud, Stark's, and some fifth item that I can't remember. So many auras that he might as well be a walking Baron buff.

I was making a point to run Abyssal for the aura. Doesn't buff allies, but it's just as good.

I've taken Shurelya's Reverie on Aura Taric.

Not my favorite build on him anymore though, he benefits too much from AP. Sweet ratios are sweet.

I might start taking Nashor's on him though.

Was playing one of our custom games and grabbed a First Pick Amumu -- mostly so Teemer couldn't play it -- with the intention of swapping it to MacGyver. As soon as I lock in I go "fuuuuuuck" because I know Mac only has a handful of champions.

It was kind of cool to pick through a limited list to find something I liked. I might start doing that, it was fun. Just turn on one of the filters (like "tank" or "assassin") and say I can only pick from those.

Honestly, I kinda hate banning. It's a neat idea for player-enforced balance, but I doubt I'll be playing much ranked.

I think the problem with us doing the banning, is that sometimes we just like to troll and ban like the one or two champs someone on the other team is good at. For example, when we play with Samsonite, we can ban Vlad and Veigar, and we will know that he'll probably pick Zilean. Or playing against me, you always ban Amumu :-(.

If everyone was level 30 and had a bunch of champions to pick from it would work out better. Kind of forgot last night that half the people playing were not in that position.

Still, helps to practice other champs.

They need to hurry up and put the last 3 champs I don't have on sale. I want for completion, but I don't like any of them enough to pay full price so I've been buying skins...

I miss when Galio could actually do damage. I think what they might need to do is something similar to Kayle or Vlad's passive, but with Magic Resist and AP. Definitely keep the ratios low, but high enough that you can actually contribute to a fight.

Yeah, Galio's fun but I wish his Q either traveled faster or didn't lose power so fast. And make his W not weaken the heal after successive hits while we're at it =D

I played Galio for the first time last night, it sucks because I really like him and his abilities but apparently he's not very good. It also sucks how easily fucked he is by an enemy team composition of no-magic.

The numbers on Galio's skills are just totally messed up. Neither his ratios nor his support numbers (slow and haste) are enough to really justify the cooldowns and his ultimate is really just laughable (especially since you can take Mercs and literally just walk out of it).

I'm jungling with more success with phoenix cause I just can't stay in the jungle with a tiger yet. I just can't kill all the mobs fast enough and I take too much damage. Which kinda sucks cause then I can't gank as soon, but meh.
