Dragon Ball Mafia: END GAME (aka DAY 7)

The chips are down, all bets are off! We have three contenders in the ring: Kaden, Jarka, and Rose! So few survive, so much has been lost, but the final days is upon us all.

End Game.

John Doe, clad in shades and cigs, materialized before the pitiful remains of the townspeople. "Greetings survivors. I'm glad you all could make it this wonderful morning. Before we begin the end, I'd like to make sure we're all clear at what happened last night."

Like a bad nightmare, the images of the night previous flowed into the trio's minds. A shadowy figure, the perfect being Cell being blasted in the chest, an eviscerated corpse, a complete recovery, the hopeful sunrise.

"Good, with that over we can get into the real meat of the action." Doe waved his hand over an open palm, covering it, wiping his hand off to reveal a magically produced device. A countdown timer. "As you can see, this little bad boy is showing you all the exact time this planet is planning on imploding. Unlike the good doctor's, this WILL happen when the clock reaches zero!"

"Why am I saying this? Simple, this is your last day, boys and girl. If you want to live, then you're going to follow my instructions to the T. Got that? Good!"

Today is the last day. A decision must be made today or else I pull the plug and everyone loses. The day will act out as normal, casting votes and what not. However, if a majority isn't reached in 24 hours, KABOOM! So yeah, have at you.

As well, I'll be clear about last night. Jarka was almost killed last night. She is Cell, the perfect being, and is able to perfectly regenerate if she is would have been killed otherwise. She can only do it once, and her role is revealed if she has to do use it.

I don't know how much there is to say, really. I've been suspicious of Rose for a while now (I can go back and find the exact post where I say as much, if people would like), but hadn't even considered that his power was the exact same as a mafia power that had been used in a previous game.

Nope. Thought about it some more. Rose is already suspicious and now he's planting the idea of Jarka using her ability to create doubt. Just sounds like Rose trying to create some misdirection.

I kinda wish I'd been lynched earlier so we wouldn't come down to it here. Obviously I'm suspicious, the nature of my power means that I can't be investigated and me telling people that makes it all the more suspicious.

If I was mafia, I'd have killed Android 16 and won the game. I have no idea why Jarka didn't do that if she is mafia, which is why I'm completely unsure at this point who IS mafia. I also have no idea what would convince either of you.

So on the off chance that whichever of you isn't mafia goes back and looks at stuff and decides they're wrong, I'll lynch with ya. Otherwise, GG.

I am going to bed now, so I'll go with whom I'm pretty sure it is and Lynch Kaden. If I'm right in my deduction, I'll still claim to have won and be smug as shit regardless of death. That's how it works.

Jarka you should totally look at how I was pushing for lynches instead of letting the mafia keep killing us unabated. On day 4 I tried to get a Celena bandwagon going, only giving up and moving onto Whompt when it was obvious nobody was hopping on.

Kaden seems to think I'm not lying about my power, because he says it's the same as a mafia power in a previous game (which thus makes me mafia). But if that's the case, why'd I reveal it on day 3? I could have scored a bunch of kills from people investigating me. I told people so that WOULDN'T happen.

Most obvious, if I'm mafia, why didn't I kill Kaden last night and win?

Of course the harder I try to defend myself, the more suspicious I look, but I have to try. There's a bunch of other arguments I could make, but I doubt you care that much so I'm basically just putting this here so I can prove it's all your fault that we lost and it was super obvious I wasn't mafia. =P

Jarka is actually the one who put that forth. I hadn't even considered that until she mentioned it in a sleeptalk.

Just a point of clarification.

It wasn't hard to get the tiny Gohan up to the noose on the old oak tree. It was surreal to see such a tiny person being a mafioso, but it was a decision made by Android 16 and Cell, so it must be perfect.

The nature loving android strung up his friend himself. Even in his final moments, Gohan was teary eyed, sniveling as the rope was tightened. Android 16 bowed his head as he reached for the trigger. "I'm sorry Gohan." With a tear in the machine's eye, he pulled the lever and the young Saiyan dropped. His neck snapped instantly, and the game was over.

Finally, it was over.

"Heh..."

Cell turned to the android, still clutching the switch that killed Gohan. He was lurched over it while trembling... trembling.

"Heh heh heh..."

The perfect being approached his fellow townsfolk and placed a hand on Android 16's shoulder. Cell turned the machine around to face him. The android was smiling. It was an eerie, disturbing grin that covered his entire face. "HAH HAH HAH HAH! I WIN!"

Cell jumped back as Android 16 folded his arms underneath his shoulders. Latching between his armpits, the android pulled his own forearms off and aimed them at the last townsperson. "HELL'S FLASH!" Android 16 sent out a powerful wave of crimson energy that completely consumed Cell, obliterating the perfect creature to the last molecule.

Now it truly was over. The last one in the town planet was part of the Mafia. They had won. It was over.
