Dominion will be so awesome when the lag for each command is reduced by like, 3 seconds

I was experiencing the same sort of lag, and it wasn't the turret cap cooldown. I know what that looks like, since it gives you a giant symbol over your head. A big part of my frustration was that I would be mashing buttons and nothing would happen. I would still be able to control movement, abilities were just like, "HURRRRRR."

Figured the other team wouldn't bother building magic resist, so I went straight magic pen. Had 49 magic pen by the tenth minute. Had Mundo ult-ing just to get away from me by the end of it.
