They sure made some of these datacrons hard to get. Currently waiting on top of a sandcrawler for a balloon to come by so I can ride it to another sandcrawler for two datacrons. Shame the balloon has a 40 min circut...

My Assassin is 13 or so, but hasn't stopped me from having a blast in the Warfronts. I've been abusing CC and knockbacks and the environment and its crazy how often I can win 1v1 against someone even ten levels above me if no one interferes. That said, usually it lasts long enough that some lvl 50 guy with fuckloads of range will blast me from across the map.

That said, Erin and I are on Van Zallow (RP-PVP) since irl people we know are there. I may make something on the chubbs server if enough are there, but not going to bother if only a few are on the server and all upper levels or something.

that is like the absolute last thing I wanted as a FP.

e: okay watched the trailer, that doesn't look SO bad. I just really didn't want more Taris, so

That's pretty much the sentiment going around the forums right now.

I always felt like the Bioware additions to the Star Wars mythos were kind of ... naff. Rakghouls just aren't cool, and they feel out of place in Star Wars. Galaxy-wide outbreak would be cool, like some kind of world event, but as a flashpoint ... we'll see.

Another thing going around the forums is that people who greed are stealing items from people that need, and threads last for 20 pages about that specifically. I look at the SWTOR forums with about the same seriousness as I look at the LoL forums.

I like Rakghouls because they are zombies, and zombies are cool.

Rakghouls aren't strictly a BioWare invention. They're actual Star Wars lore. Cade Skywalker eventually eradicates the disease, but the Rakghoul itself predates KOTOR.

At the bottom it says KOTOR is their first appearance. >_>

Ironically, I really liked Taris in this game. I don't DISLIKE rakghouls, they always just felt a little forced and tacked-on to me. Like how in KOTOR they have nothing at all to do with the main plot, but it seems like you spend about half the game dealing with them, as though some guy at Bioware came up with it and was like "RAKGHOULS ARE GOING TO BE BIG IN STAR WARS MAN, MAKE MORE RAKGHOUL QUESTS". And everyone else was like "man, maybe we should make some quests about like, the Jedi?" and the dude was like "how about YOU'RE FIRED"

And that's how it definitely happened.

First appearance in a video game sure, but story wise and in the Star Wars universe they were not an invention of BioWare's. That's all I'm trying to say. Finally. I agree with you. I hated the Rakghoul part of Taris. I've beaten the game 6+ times and I still want to get out of the sewers as fast as I can.

Ignoring Rakghouls, I just finished Directive 7. Fuck that was hard as balls. My group must have wiped 15+ times throughout. Though to be fair, I went through like 7 people in one group because of DC's and rage and suddenly family dinners. So much fun though. SO MANY DROIDS.

Woot! Finished Alderaan and time to find out why everyone whines about their Chapter 1 quests.

Well, it was super easy but I'm a healer, so...yeah. Got my legacy bitches! Also, holy epicness.

First appearance means first appearance. Not "first appearance in a game". First. Appearance.
