I think members should see three forums: one IC, one OOC, and a QSU forum.

I thought about splitting things up into the different regions, but I like using a single forum for all the RPing better.

So what do we need to implement this? It looks like the mechanics are set and it's a viable RPG. Do we need forums? Someone with some time? etc.
